It’s a kind of emo Korean music video in which this guy’s girlfriend suddenly disappears. The only thing she leaves behind is a picture of a church. He rides around on a motorcycle looking for the church in the picture. When he gets there he finds out that the reason she left was that she was dying, and she went to the church to live out her final days. It was a fairly popular Korean music video.
